providers. As a result, the MGC does not have direct control/responsibility for payment
information. Hence, MGC cannot guarantee that transmissions of payment information or
personal information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be
able to defeat the security measures taken by MGC or MGC’s third-party service
providers. - The MGC assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of information due to any
reason, including but not limited to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party

The MGC reserves the unconditional right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this

updates will be effective immediately. Your continued use of our services after we publish

bound to the same.
