Due to unforeseen <br \/>circumstances, a participant(s) who has previously Registered and paid the requisite entry Fee in full <br \/>for a particular Event may wish to cancel his\/her\/their scheduled participation in the said Event or <br \/>Tournament. <br \/>In case the registrant seeks a refund, then it will be subject to approval by the Organising Committee <br \/>and subject to the following Policy :.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06cebef elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06cebef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The Registrant is required to submit a cancellation request in writing or by email at least 48 <br \/>hours before the scheduled last date for Registration &amp; Payment as mentioned in this website.<\/li><li>Cancellation requests may be submitted at <strong><a href=\"mailto:cardpacker@gmail.com\">cardpacker@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> clearly mentioning the <br \/>participant\u2019s name, registration date, payment details and reasons for cancellation.<\/li><li>In the event of cancellation requests made less than 48 hours but before 24 hours of the <br \/>scheduled event, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the Organising <br \/>Committee.<\/li><li>Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours of the scheduled event are liable to be <br \/>rejected and payment made will be forfeited.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-acc34a6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"acc34a6\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b10136 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b10136\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c24cdd elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c24cdd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Refund Policy of The Madras Gymkhana Club is fair &amp; transparent<\/p><p>1. For cancellation made and communicated 48 hours or more before the scheduled start of the <br \/>Tournament\/Event, a full refund of the entry fee paid shall be made to the registrant.<br \/><br \/>2. For cancellations made less than 48 hours but before 24 hours of the scheduled event, a <br \/>partial refund of 50% of the total entry fee paid by the registrant for the Event, may be <br \/>considered by the Organising Committee.<br \/><br \/>3. Refund requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event shall not <br \/>be considered.<br \/><br \/>4.
